A great result for new entrepreneurs and JBSB studios at Dundee University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship Venture award. Over the past week we decided to go for it and apply for the science & engineering award to help get the word out about our game “Renewed”.

It was a week of late nights, crunching our business strategy, drawing up cue cards and building our pitching skills. Presenting to a private panel of judges then later to the general public felt like a daunting task for newcomers.

As the event drew to a close we were pleasantly shocked to hear the judges announce our company had secured £3000 of prize money and won the science & engineering award for Renewed. We are incredibly grateful for having the opportunity to talk about our game. The amount of positive feedback we received has been mind-blowing boosting the confidence in our project.
